The bill (Reg. No. 2647) suggests amendments to the Law “On Mandatory State Pension Insurance.”
The procedure of calculating work experience, which gives the right to the appointment of financial aid, and the mechanism of payment of these benefits, is to be established by the Cabinet of Ministers. The benefits are provided from the State Budget of Ukraine.
Members of the Committee noted that realization of the bill in part of exemption the financial aid from taxation requires amendments to the Tax Code.
